As an example, if you refer five contracts that settle within a rolling twelve-month period (that is less than one every two months) your referral incentive could be as follows:

• For five Buyers that settle = $750 gift card (5 x $150)

• For five Sellers that settle = $500 gift card (5 x 100)

• For three Buyers and two Sellers that settle = $650 gift card

       (3 x $150 + 2 x $100)
