• Our Professional Fees inclusive of GST.

• Standard searches - such as Title Search, Plan Search, Land Tax Clearance Certificate, Rates and Special Water Meter Reading.

• PEXA fee (aka electronic settlement fee).

• A complimentary contract review for standard REIQ & ADL Contracts.

• No professional fees if the contract does not settle (only the cost of external searches ordered at your request).

• No upfront fees when your settlement occurs within 6 months of the contract date.

• All our email correspondence, photocopying, postage, SMS etc.

• Managing the entire Conveyancing process including contract conditions such as building and pest or price negotiations.

 

With LadyBird there are no hidden costs so you don’t get bill-shock! Where a service falls outside of our fixed fee price, we will always provide you a quote including for the following:

• Non-standard searches.

• Complicated scenarios (e.g. where the purchaser or seller is a company trust or a foreign person).

• When the lender passes on a cost.

• If you elect to use an electronic method of having your ID verified (rather than coming into our office or visiting a Justice of the Peace (JP))
